41st Ave 32- Coastal Grace Isle of Palms, South Carolina Overview: Welcome to Coastal Grace! This lovely five bedroom, three bath, pet friendly home is located three blocks from the beach on Isle of Palms. Professionally designed with a fresh coastal vibe, this home is the ideal spot to relax and unwind. With three living areas, that are each equipped with a smart TV, there are plenty of places to spread out. Living Areas: The great room has a fireplace and shares the open floor plan with the dining area and the kitchen. The front sitting room is a comfortable and quiet get away and the large sunroom has a sectional and a dining table that seats six. The main dining table seats seven to eight guests and the sunroom dining table seats six. Kitchen: The fully equipped modern kitchen is open to the great room and has four bar stools for socializing with the chef. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1) has a king bed and is on the first floor with direct access to the hall bath. The full bath has a shower and access from the hall. Bedroom 2) is the primary and has a king bed, a smart TV and is on the second floor. The ensuite includes a shower and a separate soaking tub. Bedroom 3) has a queen bed and is located on the second floor. This bedroom, along with bedroom 4 and 5, share a hall bath. Bedrooms 4 & 5) both have two twin beds and are located on the second floor. They share the hall bath with bedroom 3. Bathrooms: First floor bath has a shower. Primary ensuite has a shower and separate soaking tub. Third bath has a tub/shower combo and a double vanity. Outdoor Space: There’s a deck with a grill located off of the sunroom. Amenities: Pet Friendly (Max. 25lbs, Crate Trained, & Vaccinated) Ping Pong table in the garage Nearby Attractions: Downtown Charleston, SC - 18 miles Isle of Palms County Park - 3 miles Fort Sumter National Monument - 14 miles Mount Pleasant, SC - 10 miles Boone Hall Plantation & Gardens - 11 miles Charleston Waterfront Park - 18 miles South Carolina Aquarium - 17 miles House Rules: Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM Maximum Occupancy: 12 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM - No loud music or parties allowed. House was very spacious and comfortable for our family!!! The kitchen was well stocked. The pet-friendly was great for us. We brought 2 small dogs and everything was wonderful.
