My friends and I had a day on Luing with lunch at the Atlantic Islands Centre which was excellent. Disappointing that the Shower of Herring was closed from Monday.My only complaint was that when I arrived on Saturday Sept.14th in torrential rain and gales there was no heating on...

"We all had a great time during our stay at this lovely, peaceful cottage. The cottage was a little further off the main road than expected but this added to its charm. We organized our food shopping early on in the week and spent our evenings relaxing in the cottage looking at the spectacular views from most rooms. We did lots of walking and climbing and it was a pleasure to come back to this warm, cosy cottage at the end of the day."
