「The hotel is nice and quiet, room was clean, but the pool was not clean, my sister ended up cleaning it because there were lots of dead bugs and leaves, nobody showed up to apologize or to finish cleaning it themselves since that’s the staff’s responsibility and not the guests’」

「Las cabañas/habitaciones están 10/10, se entregan muy limpias y en gran condición, solamente no hay limpieza de habitación cada día. En expedía dice que incluye desayuno, pero en la propiedad me dijeron que ya no aplica para reservaciones desde expedía. Las personas que cuidan son muy amables, vale la pena conocer.」

All rooms are seperated so they are stand alone which is awesome and give a lot of privacy. Our room had a deck with chairs, a fire pit with chairs and a very spacious room.
