「Plenty of room. Good kitchen to cook in and washing machine available. Untidy yard at back and side of house . Mounds of dirt and rocks left in piles . No railing around wooden decking.」

「Comfortable residence. The beach was a disappointment as it is not a swimming beach and quite rocky. Close to Penneshaw. A few small things could be done, torn flyscreen, wrong size curtains on front door but we enjoyed our stay.」

「Photos are way out of date and do not reflect the current poor condition of the property. Externally, both front and rear are in desperate need of a cleanup. Internally, maintenance is also needed in a host of areas, from leaky taps, to broken blinds, dodgy sliding door locks, a ceiling water leak and unsatisfactory cleaning standard. I can provide photos. We all agree that this property is being misrepresented on-line in your ads.」
