「We stayed for four nights as the second half of our holiday and it was our favourite hotel by far. Lovely room (family room with mezzanine), really clean. Beautiful setting surrounded by amazing smelling orange groves. Located just outside Tavira which was fine for us with a car, we went to tavira, Santa luzia and Cabanas in the evenings, day trips up to Alcoutim, castle Marim, Barril beach. Really lovely area. 「Kitchen not well equipped for cooking, just warming up or cooking eggs, very few utensils and no oven. Cleaning staff friendly but not English speaking. Although Expedia stated that a hair drier available on request, we requested one and were told by the reception person that it was not available! Really disappointing, but parking very easy and location ok to walk to oldtown/ center town, although not always through sidewalks, watch the traffic and walk fast. 」

「We stayed at ibis as an overnight after a long day of travel, and it was wonderful. The staff was welcoming, even after midnight, and we got drinks from the 24 hour bar to sate our thirst after a long day. The bed was comfortable and the room was convenient. Highly recommend this property for your needs in Faro! 」
