「There was a water leakage on the bath tub from the upper floor. Servicers stopped the leak but they did not wipe out the dirty water. In addition, due to flight delay by carrier, I cancelled one night stay, the hotel took about 300 USD room rent according to THEIR cancel policy without any sympathy words for flight delay, compensation coupon or discount. Their hospitality seems not to be professional's.」

「23時くらいの到着．入館時のセキュリティが厳重で，スーツケース，バックのX線透過検査があった．担当の警備員は親切で紳士的であった．館内はやや古さを感じるものの，落ち着いた雰囲気で，部屋内も清潔．ウエルカムフルーツ（リンゴとバナナ）があったのはうれしかった．アメニティはやや古典的であったものの感じはよかった．朝食はビュッフェ形式だが食べ物は多様で豊富，スタッフは気が利く． ただ，値段に対して十分な価値があるかというと，若干疑問で，ちょっと高すぎるような気がした．セキュリティの厳重さを考えると仕方がないのかな？」

「The Pearl Continental is always a must go hotel when I am in the Rawalpindi Islamabad area. I find it a very luxurious hotel, and prefer it to many of the other pricier hotels in Islamabad. I guess they just know about luxury, through their pedigree. 」

「通常の設備やサービスは良かった。ただ1つ反省してほしいことがある。 深夜1時20分、寝ているときに電話で起こされた。現地語で何やら言っているがわからない。電話を切ったら、ドアをノックされ、開けると「コーヒー？」と聞かれた。知らないと答えると、立ち去った。5時間後にホテルの予約担当にどうなっているのかメールを出したが、謝罪の言葉も何の返事もなかった。どうなっているのだろうか？」
