"Spent 3 nights here. The hotel was as advertised - right across from the beach, bright and well appointed with a small balcony that opened out to the road across from the beach. "Abel was very kind and flexible when I checked in. The view from my room was amazing!! The facility was nice for the cost. The only drawback was that the WiFi didn’t reach to my room, so I had to stay by the lobby in order to use it. I understand that this is the exception and most of the other rooms on the property can use the WiFi from the room. "

"The best hotel on Isabela Island. Across from a stunning beach. The pool is nice and the food is actually amazing. $1.5 ride from ferry. Don’t bother looking anywhere else. This is as close to US standard 3-4 star hotel you’ll find "

"Isamar was the perfect place for our family to relax and visit our son who is studying abroad on Isabela Island. If I were going back, I would definitely stay there again. The location right on the beach was perfect! There was a very calm area in the ocean protected by volcanic rock where my daughter loved to play. Other locals brought their children to play there also - safe from the waves. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. We ate supper there on our last evening and it was our favorite meal on the Island. They opened a small bar every evening, which was so nice and convenient. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, AC was cool, showers were hot, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book at Isamar. You won’t be disappointed. "

"We moved this place, from its location right across the beach, to the decor and service. The place is spotless and the room’s decor and furnishing were top notch. Comfortable beds and the perfect view. Our room led to a mini jacuzzi and it was perfect for relaxing after a day full of tours and activities. Rebekka and the while staff were very kind, diligent and professional. I highly recommend this place. Worth the price. "
