"This is the nicest hotel for the price-range in all of Delhi. A huge pool with views, access to the spa and excellent restaurant. Immaculately clean and beautiful lobbies and gardens, this is the perfect hotel to escape the crazy business of the city. It's a little bit further out, but still only £5 in an uber to the centre (25-30 mins) and £8 to the airport. This also makes it a very peaceful and tranquil haven. Recommend without hesitation. "

"I recently stayed at the wonderful hotel with a group of friends and overall, our experience was quite delightful. The staff was incredibly friendly, always greeting us with big smiles and providing great service throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs promptly. The hotel itself is well-maintained with all the facilities one could ask for during a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. However, there was one significant downside to our otherwise fantastic stay - the washroom drainage issue. Unfortunately, the drainage in the washroom was not functioning properly, which made taking showers a less than pleasant experience. Dealing with standing water while trying to shower is definitely not something you want to encounter during your stay at a hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts in trying to address the issue promptly. They were apologetic and tried to assist us as best they could, which we appreciated. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests and strive to provide a positive experience overall. "I checked into a very sub standard room where the AC was running full blast in the peak of Delhi winter and there was a smell in the bathroom. I was ready to walk out, but I commend the management and staff for insisting that I give them a chance. They shifted me to a MUCH better room where the heating actually worked. The breakfast buffet was very good for the price and the hotel was crowded which is a good sign. Average hotel but with excellent management and staff which makes up for everything. Its the people that make this property."
