"Clean rooms, ac great. Airport pickup could be better (waiting was a little bit long). I understand the fuel situation but don’t keep passengers waiting. Breakfast is great, probably, the table server could be more attentive, esp with coffee and tea services"

"Room and beds were clean and comfortable. Airport pickup was very helpful after 20+ hours in the air. Nice to have the cheaper rooms in the Boma Inn and the amenities of the Boma Hotel included. Only negative was the staff insisting on using the Boma vehicles for arranging rides and not taxis, which are much cheaper than the hotel vehicles which charge in dollars. After you get to the hotel, use the Uber app and mpesa or Kenya Shillings."
