"The staff treated me so well. Working with me even with a language barrier. After a few weeks of the Tokyo and Osaka life, that place was a slice of heaven, my only regret was not staying longer. If you like Japan this hotel should be on your bucket list. Located right on the beach in Minamichita and within walking distance to several nice restaurants. Our room had a spectacular sea view. We had dinner at the Seaside Capri restaurant next door. The waiter had an Ipad with a picture menu for us. Being a typical Japanese Ryokan you change into a yukata. The hotel features large updated rooms with windows on the bay so it is delightful watching the sun rise and moon from the comfort of your room. The hot baths are excellent. The dinners and breakfasts vary every day and are both outstanding. The price for all this is reasonable. And, let’s not forget the free shuttle to the train station. I felt that staff was over worked and I’m not sure if there were enough staff people.

This was a fabulously beautiful ryokan With wonderful service, beautiful rooms that were large and with an ocean view. The staff speak adequate English. From the moment you walk in the lobby a sense of peace and serenity surrounds you.The onsen was on the top floor in some beautiful rock garden ledges with a great view.
