「Wonderful clean room with many amenities. Exceptional dinner and breakfast all served by very friendly staff.
Hotel is in a beautiful setting with lovely large patio, plenty of outside comfortable seating with marvellous views across the gardens. Second time we have stayed here and will definitely be back again!」

「Kesgrave Hall is,a beautiful place.Unfortunately there was a few things that would of made us enjoy our stay more.The garden was lovely but it was a beautiful day and the only place we could sit to drink our delicious Apparrel Sprits and Dark and Stormy drinks were in the Smoking area it would of been nice to have somewhere more casual to sit and enjoy the ambience. 「The staff were all excellent
The parking very good
Ev chargers made a difference
Our room 305 was a top rated room but could be made better with a few little tweaks.
Eg Some of the tiles over the bath need re grouting as do a couple of floor tiles.
The fire escape windows could not be locked properly which gave us a bit of worry about security while we were not in the room.
The outside seating area next to the dining room was overgrown and had lots of weeds.
