The property is in a somewhat desolate area, so you'll need your own car or willingness to take a taxi everywhere. The rooms are clean and spacious but there are already signs of poor maintenance throughout. No complaints about the stay though; we had both a connecting room (king with two twin beds) as well as a deluxe queen (two queen beds) and found them very comfortable for our family with two small children. I was impress with the friendliness of staff and speed of check in. Overall experience was satisfied and wonderful. I would like to compliment the front liner Hema and Yanti for being helpful all time.There was one kind of stink smell when the air conditional was turned off, reported to the front desk, even they unable to find out the problem, but they took effort to reduce the smell. Clean room, noisy hallway as renovation was going on. No restaurant in the hotel.

Good location. Hard to walk in Ipoh with uneven sidewalks. Just take a Grab for 5-6 ringgits. The gym is ok but VERY hot and stuffy with no AC and no fan. Gym is essential useless. Better to take the weights out to the hallway to work out. Also the pool is closed except if you stay in the suites. Locked all the time. So NO real pool.

Many places to explore and easy go around and also fun water park.

We stayed here for two nights and overall, we were satisfied with the hotel. The staff were friendly, the lobby welcoming, and the rooms themselves were spacious, clean and comfortable. Important amenities such as a shaver, toothbrush, safety box and hair dryer were also provided. One top of that, the rooms offered great views of Ipoh. Free parking was also provided, an important perk.

Its a brand new budget hotel and seems to have potential for quality service. We have no complaints but we hope they will be able to employ more staff as their business grows.

For me, the experience staying here was worth so much more than the small cost per night. I stayed three nights and was able to tour Cameron highlands and spend time with the family working at the property. I took a hike through the jungle, cooked over a fire, and saw the local neighnoring village. I came here looking for a different experience than what the hotels had to offer, and what I found was a peaceful oasis of nature and traditional livelihood in a modernizing agricultural region.
