It would have been great to have a small table with chairs, and a TV in living room area. The TV in the smaller suit didn’t work. There was only one channel. In addition we didn’t have any any glassware in the suit.

Para deixar o cenário mais claro, fiquei apenas uma noite de um domingo (01/02) a segunda (02/02). Um adulto e milha filha de 8 anos. Pontos positivos: - quarto limpo, roupas de cama e toalhas limpas e ar condicionado funcionando corretamente. Além disso tem um frigobar vazio mas pode ser utilizado. - piscina no último andar muito boa (ponto alto da estada) além disso tem sauna e salão de jogos. - boa localização - bom banho Pontos negativos - hotel um pouco mais velho em comparação a outros que fiquei na cidade. - achei o café fraco. Poucas opções. Coisas muito simples e coisas pagas à parte como omelete e tapioca. Não achei isso legal. - agora o pior de tudo, não tivemos televisão disponível em nenhum momento da estadia. Informei a recepção e eles disseram que o problema seria resolvido somente na segunda com a chegada da equipe de manutenção. Não teve proatividade nenhuma para resolver o problema. Como GV aos domingos é uma cidade morta, fiquei no quarto com uma criança de oito anos, sem TV a noite toda. E como a TV não é smart, nao consegui colocar nenhum tipo de streaming. Enfim, resumidamente, por 300 reais tenho minhas dúvidas se vale. Talvez precise de uma modernizada para realmente cobrar o que cobra. A piscina é o único diferencial real. Fora isso, nada de mais. Espero que tenha colaborado tanto com os usuários, quanto para a direção. Não são críticas, mas sim um feedback apontando oportunidade de melhoras. Espero que da próxima vê seja melhor!
