From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the staff, who were not only friendly but also highly professional. Quarto com deficiência de cabides. Tv com poucas opções para período da copa do mundo, banheiro com torneira mal instalada, sem cabides para pendurar roupas e ou toalhas, patente da porta com ponta de alumínio com risco de acidente físico (corte mo braço). Lâmpada no corredor com defeito, manutenção muito tardia.

Hotel muito bom, no Centro de Governador Valadares, da Rodoviária, da Prefeitura/Câmara Municipal, do Fórum, da FADIVALE etc. Vale a pena. Hotel muito limpo, silencioso, ótimo café da manhã, preço justo, tudo excelente. Muito seguro também. Tem garagem.

Muito bom o hotel, precisa melhorar apenas o espaço físico para os hóspedes no horário do café da manhã, achei muito pequeno.....dependendo da quantidade de hóspedes, alguns terão que esperar vaga no lado de fora.
