「Stayed Oct 18-21, 2024 Pros:On-site manager (Albert) is wonderful! Very helpful about the locale, constantly working to keep the common areas clean and safe (non slip). The off-site manager (Alex) was very quick to respond too. Cons:We like to sleep in a cooler temperature but even with the ceiling fan (a little noisy when on higher setting) and heat off, the room was a little too warm. The bathtub was a bit of a slipping hazzard, would be safer with non-slip adhesions on the tub base. As...

「The place was very clean and we didnt worry too much about any dirt. The manager was kind and helped us when we needed it. The location is amazing and right next to everything without being noisy. Would gladly stay again!」

「ベットルームは大きく、メモリフォームで寝心地が良かったです。リビングルームも広く、土足禁止なので、カーペットがとてもきれいです。インテリアもここのご主人の手作りで、落ち着いていて、品があります。なんといっても、ここのオーナーご夫婦がとても素敵な方たちで、まるで知り合いのところに遊びに行ったような感覚になりました。泊まる前日から何度もメールをくれ、質問等の連絡をしてくれましたので、初めてのところでも安心して行けました。 キッチンが付いているので、自炊も出来ます。 滞在中もオーロラが見えるとすぐにテキストで教えてくれたり（このホテルからオーロラが見えます）、チェックアウトの時間を無料で延ばしてくれたり。 冬に行かれるなら、ここのご主人が連れて行ってくれるスノーマシーンアドベンチャーがお勧めです。良心的な料金で、楽しい体験が出来ます。 フェアバンクスから車で２０分位ですが、静かで、オーロラも見られ、素敵なオーナーのアラスカヘブンはどのタイプの旅行者の方にもお勧めです。 」
