This semi-detached house with approximately 60m² is in close proximity to the sea. The modern semi-detached house welcomes you with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the ground floor, there is a beautifully furnished living room with an integrated kitchen equipped with all comforts. Get cozy by the wood-burning stove. Additionally, for entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV with DVD-Blu-Ray player and a radio available. From the living room, you can access the terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture. Upstairs, there is a bathroom with toilet, hairdryer, underfloor heating, and bathtub. For warming moments, there is also an infrared heat cabin. A children's travel cot, a high chair, and a beach wagon are provided free of charge for our little guests. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available for you. There is one parking space at the house. No smoking, pets welcome.

Sehr schön

Ich habe den Aufenthalt, trotz des Wintereinbruchs sehr genossen. Mein kleiner Wellness-Kurzurlaub mit Sauna und Badewanne war vollkommen gelungen. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung war rundum zufriedenstellend. Klare Empfehlung.

Haus in Strandnähe

Leider fanden wir das Haus in keinem sauberen Zustand vor. Der Biden der Dusche und die Dichtungen waren übersäht mit rötlichen Kalkablagerungen. Die Fugen wiesen Schimmel auf. Die Toiletten waren nur oberflächlich sauber, die Keramik wies Kalkflecken und Urinstein auf. Lichtschalter und Türen waren ziemlich staubig. Gläser im Schrank waren schmutzig. Gerade in Zeiten von Corona und bei einer Reinigungsgebühr von 93€ kann man deutlich mehr Hygiene erwarten. Die Couch und der Sessel sind abgenutzt und laden nicht wirklich ein zu verweilen. Die Küche machte ebenso einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck. Zum Beispiel hing die Tür vom Müllschrank schief und ließ sich nur schwer öffnen und schließen. Da wir Sonntags angereist sind, haben wir die Mängel direkt per Mail gemeldet und entsprechende Fotos mitgeschickt. Leider erhielten wir keine Rückmeldung.
