My stay at D1Mension Residences was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The property is not as advertised, and the service is practically non-existent. Misleading Photos: The biggest issue is that the apartment I received looked nothing like the polished, professional pictures online. The reality was a tired, underwhelming space that did not match the expectation they set with their advertising. No On-Site Staff & Poor Communication: There is no dedicated reception or staff for the apartment in the lobby. To check in or ask a question, I had to text a contact person who took hours to respond. This is unacceptable and very stressful. Poor Building Conditions: The common hallways have no air conditioning, making them uncomfortably hot and stuffy. Unsanitary Bathroom: Worst of all was the bathroom. It had a persistent, foul odor that made the entire apartment unpleasant. This was a major hygiene concern. Save your money and book elsewhere. This place does not deliver on its promises and the lack of service and cleanliness is a serious problem.

The unit is spacious which is exactly what we needed, but we did not get the key on time as promised (there was a 30-minute delay), and the unit was not very clean and had other issues. We had to request the kitchen area to be re-cleaned, shower handle to be fixed, tissue papers to be provided…. One of the bathroom doors could not be locked and there are plenty of black moldy spots in the shower areas. This was the last stop on our two week long Vietnam and Cambodia trip, and it was the least clean unit, though the most expensive one we had booked. They also do not provide luggage storage on site as they told us it’s a service apartment not a hotel. On our second day stay, we requested clean towels. Did not hear back for a few hours. When we had to request again early evening for only two clean towels, we were told that we must make such request one day in advance. We were advised to wash the towels ourselves using the washing machine in the unit. Our family has been traveling around the world each year, and have never stayed in a place where a couple of clean towels could not be provided upon request. Despite the ample space and relatively good location, we’ll never book Zenity in the future.

We had a very disappointing experience. Before arrival we were asked to send passport details through WhatsApp, and several messages were later deleted, which raised concerns for us from the beginning. When we arrived, front desk staff refused assistance and directed us to communicate only with the owner/host. We also noticed signage suggesting short-term stays may not be permitted in the building. The apartment itself did not match the quality or presentation shown in the listing photos. The main issue was access and security. On our first night we returned around 10:30pm and discovered the access card provided would not unlock the foyer entrance to reach the elevators. We were locked outside with all of our passports, luggage and belongings still inside the apartment. Security staff refused to assist and we could not contact the host despite repeated attempts. We only regained entry because another resident allowed us into the building around 10:45pm. The following morning the apartment door lock malfunctioned and would not reliably lock or open. A technician attended but appeared unable to repair it properly. At one point he agreed to help us with the foyer access issue, but when the lift doors opened downstairs he ran out of the building and never returned. Due to the ongoing access problems, lack of support and security concerns, we booked alternative accommodation the following day and left the property early. This was the most stressful accommodation experience.

none of the amenities advertised were available to us, the apartment was not clean, had very little kitchen utensils, no cutlery, a wet dirty cloth and scourer was left for us to use, a dirty used bath mat, oven trays had sticky cooked sauce on them, no access to pool or gym, no room service or daily housekeeping. all these things were stated as being available. requested refund to go to different accommodation but was refused, we left apartment 3 days early and stayed somewhere else. I would definitely not recommend this place. expressed dissatisfaction to managers with no regard of helping situation. also spoke with hotels.com and they are reviewing if this accommodation will stay on their site
