「Villa Thamburu was an absolute dream! From the very beginning, we felt incredibly welcome. The service was outstanding, with such a kind and attentive team who made our stay truly special. The food (& cocktails) was simply AMAZING – every meal was a highlight! The beautiful pool was perfect for relaxing, the location was fantastic, and the rooms were absolutely perfect, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything was just wonderful, and you can really feel the love and care that goes into...

「Great location with direct access to a lovely swimmable beach. The hotel gardens also had a pool. Very good breakfast with both western and Sri Lankan food. Good restaurants nearby. Hotel room and bathroom were clean and spacious. Would stay here again. 」

「Très belle propriété, le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Chambre confortable et très beau jardin」

「The staff was unfriendly at check in, which I have never experienced on my trip through Sri Lanka. It was all about charging the credit card as quickly as possible. The rooms need to be renovated, especially the bathroom, looks a bit outdated and not well maintained. 」

「The place was not ready for people to stay, total rip off as far as value. The establishment asked for extra money for the use of air conditioning. Checking out was a nightmare, they couldn't find payment in spite of me providing all records. 」

「何もかもが別格」

「Nice relaxing location right on the beach, good place to adjust to vacation mood and recover from jet lag. Not much activity going on, this is a small place with just a few private beach huts, but the outdoor area is beautiful and well maintained and there are a few (enough) options next door to choose for your lunch/dinner spot. So if you want just to unwind and take it easy, I’d definitely recommend the place for that for a few nights. BTW, villas have outdoor bathrooms, which was a nice...
