Summary:
This home is the definition of Palm Springs luxury living! The inside is impeccable, but the best part is the luxurious backyard with all its amenities! There is a massive patio with LED lighting covering the backyard, a large built-in island grill, a patio seating area and dining table with a flat-screen TV, an amazing natural gas stone fire pit, and a fully automated heated pool and spa with LED lights. Welcome to Paradise!
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home - laundry, patio; pool & hot tub (+ water heating fee); grill; driveway + street parking (6 car limit); firepit; billiard table

• *Please note: Bedroom 6 is a garage-to-bedroom conversion with a full bathroom. This bedroom has a separate entrance attached to the home and is only accessible from the exterior.

• Pool and spa heating are offered at an extra charge:
Pool heating: $100 per day *
Spa heating: $35 per day *
Once the pool or spa heating is activated, refunds cannot be issued. It can take 10+ hours for the pool to reach temperature once the heat is turned on.
*This fee is applied to all days of the reservation.
• Pool/spa care - This typically happens every Tuesday and Friday, so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay.
• Lawn care - This typically happens every Thursday (front and back yards), so it’s possible that someone may enter the backyard during your stay to tend to the landscaping.
• Quiet hours 9PM - 8AM - According to Riverside County, CA Policy, Quiet Hours for vacation rentals are from 9PM to 8AM on weekdays and 10PM to 8AM on weekends. During these times, outdoor speakers or noise amplification and the use of outdoor amenities are not permitted. Please keep outdoor noise at a conversational level during Quiet Hours, as you would in a hotel where public amenities are closed during these times. If you anticipate being loud or energetic after Quiet Hours, kindly move indoors. Failure to comply may result in a $1000 fine and immediate eviction due to noise violations or complaints from neighbors. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
• Festival Reservations: For significant festivals such as the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival and the StageCoach Festival, a minimum stay of 4 nights is required, including Thursday through Sunday nights.
• Trash removal is typically done every Monday. The trash and recycling bins are located along the fence line on the far side of the home. Someone may enter the gate during your stay to roll the cans to and from the curb, but NO ONE will enter the home. Thanks for your cooperation!
• *Please Note: No pets, no parties, and no smoking is allowed in the home. This is not a party spot! Quiet hours are from 9 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors will result in immediate eviction. We appreciate your courtesy.
• *No smoking; pets; events, parties, or large gatherings - $1000 fine*
• If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the repair and/or replacement costs.
• Check-out time is 11AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
• Cameras and Noiseaware - motion-activated cameras outside: This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
• Effortless provides all guests with safe and clean stays. Our practices and standards have been modified to include more in-depth, multi-point cleans after every guest checkout, ie., use of CDC-compliant cleaning products, attention to high-touch surfaces and ‘hot-spots’, and social distancing. As always, we advise guests to practice hygienic vigilance when using rental properties (see CDC Best Personal Practices).
