Umm pretty great staff the room was ok until I seen bugs and stuff on the bathroom walls but we were only there for a couple days justor some rest but for a cheap and quick stay it was ok

Front desk people very nice. Ilsay, was very fast at getting us checked in. Free breakfast in the morning. Rooms are good, clean, being remodeled, but no interruption or noise. Would stay again. The price was right. .

Great staff poor hotel

First one did not have air conditioning so they moved us to another room and we saw roaches in both rooms, but the staff issued a cancellation that I’m waiting for refund now so I may do a update if I don’t get it the staff is great. Also it’s a residential hotel as well. But staff was great that was the best part.

This hotel has no amenities, their idea of a breakfast is a joke, it is a run down, unclean, hardly maintained mess outside of the room. The room i was in had been updated slightly and was nicer than expected. Staff was friendly at the desk,

The staff was incredible friendly but our initial room didn’t have a/c and there were fruit flies coming out of the bathroom sink. We told front desk about the a/c and they gave us two rooms with king beds because they didn’t have any rooms with two beds available anymore. So the staff was very kind and made up for the initial bad experience.

Judge a book by it's cover

The lobby and the room was fairly clean. The man at the front desk was super kind. No breakfast was served as advertised. There was no markings on the building to even know if you are at the right place. The pool and spa was empty. Elevators and hallways need some cleaning. Needs mass attention!

Clean, great customer service, they worked with me as to allowing me to pay late due to me getting off work past check out. I appreciate the understanding of the worker's. I would recommend this hotel. And I rate it 10 star

Air-conditioner didn't work-room hot. Room and hall smelled like smoke. No ice. 'Full English breakfast' was apple, banana, a small granola bar and small muffins in package. Large crack in outside widow-displaced with part pushed out. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure good. Easy check-in late night. Didn't try internet. Trash in parking lot. Shady people hanging out in parking lot.

We checked into our room, showered and tried to go back to our car to get some things when the door handle broke off the room door. The night manager tried to switch us rooms but they had roaches. We started on floor 5, room was clean and no issues before the door broke. Floor 3 is a whole different story. Bugs, ruined carpet like there was a fire or something bad happened. He took us to 3 different rooms and they all had issues that we could not overlook. If you don’t mind a congregation of people in the parking lot or roaches this is a cheap place that’s convenient to the interstate.

Staff was friendly & they aeem to be trying to renovate. But there are a ton...i mean a TON OF CONS. First, there are people that hang out outside of the doors all hours of the night that are homless. We had to be switched rooms because the bathroom light wouldn't stay on,A/C barely workes..we stayed hot and muggy in the room, the tub was clogged, no cold water at all just straight scalding hot & the shower head started spraying everywhere to thw point i thought it was going to come off. Got switched to another room and we thought everything was good...all except the A/C was still really bad. Woke up the next morning and had little tiny bugs crawling on ME. I came home and I now have SCABIES!!! I CALLED THE HOTEL AND HE ACTED LIKE HE JUST DIDNT CARE AT ALL. Stay at ypur own risk! I definitely would not bring children here at all.

This hotel is very old in the area but new owners. You can tell it has changed hands. Lobby and common areas are renovated and clean. The rooms have been worked on some. At first glance the look nice but if you look real close you see some area that are old but worn. Chair in the room was broken. Tub had rust stains and the renovation was glue down a Matt. The staff was friendly. Our room was not cleaned for three days. I would try it one more time and if not improved would not come here again!

No Tell Motel

Room, entire floor was very hot. A/C did not work. Good thing window opened. Carpets are filthy, made my socks black!We would have left, but during eclipse, and no hotels available. Triple the price for triple the dirt. At least the bed and bathroom were clean. The door would not shut, had to slam it. The doors to the rooms looked like they had been jimmied. There were big chunks taken out of them by the locks! Scary. The day staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The lobby looks very nice and inviting. So when we got to our floor it was "The Shining" scary.

The staff was unable to provide room keys, and while many signs of construction abound they have a long way to go to make this an acceptable hotel. I can say I got what I paid for, and with a semi-large convention in town I'm glad to have found cheap accommodations, but I am a forgiving sort and could see others (few others) being less willing to accept the standards offered.
Not sure why they have such an exhaustive list of fees for damaged or stolen items, but at least they are clear about it. Security deposit fee was $50 in Nov. '25
