Adorable Remodeled Broadripple home walking distance to bars and restaurant.

  • Newly Remodeled duplex in Broad Ripple. Walking distance to popular restaurants, coffee shop, and transportation with Blue Indy cars. One mile from Butler University. The area is buzzing with excitement and culture. Whatever you are in town for you can enjoy many fun experiences within walking distance. My goal is to make your experience as pleasant as possible.

    Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen. The home also includes a hair dryer, iron & ironing board. The master bedroom includes a new queen bed, new Bunk beds with 2 full beds are in the second bedroom. A new queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. Guests will have the place to themselves. The home, is wi-fi equipped.
