About this space
3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath one story home with finished basement. Walk right outside to a 30 acre park with walking trails, sports fields and a playground. Spacious floorplan perfect to have multiple families staying at one time. Sunroom perfect as a work station or game room. Kids will enjoy the basement, playing ping pong, watching TV or lounging on the sofa. Home has been updated with new flooring, paint, bathrooms, lighting and much more. Enjoy open space from the rear deck. Feels like new!
The space
3 BEDROOMS. Primary Bedroom has KING Bed. Other 2 bedrooms have QUEEN Beds. Air up mattress in property as well as a roll out couch in basement.

Great Escape

The house is amazing. Plenty of room for multiple couples, families with kids, or just a girls getaway. The prairie is beautiful worth the walk. The park is super close for those with children. Would highly recommended this home.

Weekend large party stay

Property was excellent! The house is clean, modern, and is well furnished. The ping pong table was a fun addition! There are also lovely walks nearby. Overall a fantastic place to stay.

Perfect!

Stayed here for my son’s wedding at The Sixpence in Whitestown. Perfect location and was found EXACTLY as advertised. Immaculately clean, plenty of space, host was very quick with communication and beautiful location. Beds very comfortable! Definitely a 10 out of 10! Thank you for making the wedding even more enjoyable with excellent accommodations!

Basketball tournament

The house was exactly as pictured. It was impeccably clean and had ample space for our group. The basement room was a hit with the teens with us and the available game selection was fun. Derek was easy to get ahold of and even had the driveway and sidewalk shoveled after the snow that fell our first night there. Will definitely be staying here again

Perfect House and Neighborhood

We just stayed at this lovely house for a lacrosse tournament at Grand Park (a 7 minute drive). The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and the park, with walking trails, is just out the front door. The house was clean, very spacious, and equip with everything we needed. We really loved the recreation space with the ping pon table in the basement and we also took advantage of the games and a puzzle that were in the hutch in the sun room. If we come back to Westfield, we would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others.

Wedding weekend

Perfect property for 5 adults for a wedding weekend. Location close to the reception and the backyard park is a tremendous asset. Only bummer was the weather, but it has to rain sometime.
