「They no longer have Kuerig in the room. I stay there often. Hotel says "enjoy fresh coffee 24/7 in lobby". If you want to get ready with a coffee, you have to get dressed and go down to get coffee and then back to room. I expect coffee in my room. Holiday Inn Manitowoc had a Keurig Thursday. Back door to parking lot has a place for key card, but you didn't need to use it. Anyone could walk in 24/7. I assume it wasn't being monitored. Front desk said you only need to use it in the winter.
