For families recommend 2 rooms side by side for access - there is not much space for luggage and bonus it makes you feel like you have your own space."

"The room was beautiful. We booked a suite and it was on the top floor. Very awesome view. The people at check in were very helpful. Both me and my brother had to provide our passports at check in, though, so be sure to bring yours. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of variety of traditional Japanese breakfast options as well as some familiar western foods. Mostly everything was excellent. Only one food option I did not enjoy but that may just be my own taste preference. The Wagyu Prime rib is a must try though! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting Osaka. "
