「The adjourned apartments to make one large apartment are very nice, clean, nicely decorated and in a nice quiet location. The city of Florence is only a short car journey away, 15 minutes maximum and car parking is easy to find. The only downside was a lack of wine glasses, there was none. However other small glassware was available. Would I stay ehre again, that is a yes as the apartments were very clean and included air-conditioning and little extras such as soap, shower gel etc.」

「The property is in an excellent spot, I have already given feedback to the company. The ac controller batteries were dead, which they addressed and the back was off, it was difficult to understand that only 1 controller was needed to operate both systems. the room was not totally as depicted, the lamp in the corner was unsteady as was the upstair hanging apparatus. Minimal dishtowels and no paper towels. Stairs, not their problem, are a lot and folks should know that in the case of elderly...
