"The couple were kind and accommodating. They were an hour late to pick us up at the airport. Yet, they also took us to the train station the next morning at 5:00 am. Very kind. "I immediately fell in love with this place, and wish this could be my permanent home in Japan! It's the perfect size, small, but not in a cramped way. The layout of the apartment was perfect. I enjoyed sleeping in the little nook so much, I slept so good. And the sound of the river outside was so peaceful. I enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and the restaurants around the station. "C’était un lieu idéal pour recharger les batteries avant le retour après un long séjour. Côté qualité prix des 2 chambres que nous avons eu c’était difficile à battre. Le Nikko hôtel offre toutes les facilités d’un grand hôtel. Le service de navette, la présence d’un konbini et la piscine ont été forts appréciés. La seule surprise qu’on a eu est face à l’offre de restaurant, il y avait plusieurs offres mais elles nous ont apparus plutôt dispendieuses.m, on s’est retourné vers l’option du café qui était correct mais on aurait apprécié une option entre celle-ci et les options au triple du prix. Ceci dit c’est un commentaire constructif pour bien préparer les voyageurs qui arrivent à plusieurs. Sommes toutes, nous sommes très contents de notre passage qui répondait au besoin. Petit hack : le konbini / Lawson offrait plusieurs options de souvenir du Japon à prix raisonnables, on en a profité pour vider nos suica card."

The staff could be more helpful in directing people to self check in kiosks - people who are not Japanese won’t know as default language on the kiosksis Japanese. We were waiting a while before we figured it out and lines were getting long"

"We had a very smooth check-in and the hotel amenities were very nice, including a visit to the spa, which honestly was one of the most relaxing things I’ve done in a while We did not have the breakfast here, but it did look quite nice when we walked by the restaurant. The shuttle to the airport was a real blessing. It was an easy cab ride to Narita town, where we marvelled at the beauty of the temple and got to sample the grilled eel. What a wonderful stay I would stay here again thank you mystay"
