"We loved our stay at Rasim Palas. Even though we don’t speak Turkish, we were made to feel welcome by all of the staff who were kind and attentive. The property itself is beautiful and in a quiet part of Ilica right by the sea. The room was large with high ceilings and good amenities. We hope we can stay again!"
"Breakfast was amazing! Service was great! The room was spacious. Overall great accommodation. It is a smaller boutique hotel - so there are limited rooms and guests which is great. The weather was perfect. It says that Ilica Beach is a 2-minute drive - it is a bit further than that, but still all in all great.
Make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner though!"

"This was a great experience, the owner was super helpful, he walk us to a pharmacy as my daughter was not feeling good, and translate for us, he really give the best of him.
Will love to go back again, we enjoy a great breakfast, the pool, the proximity to the city center, just one street away, so really close, but also enough distance to be quite but close to it.

"Wonderful surprise! We booked the villa last minute and were pleasantly surprised. Quiet, clean, spacious rooms, friendly host and staff (Murat and Jalal abi). They went above and beyond to creat a pleasant stay for us. Breakfast gets 5stars, delicious and various local and traditional Turkish delicacies. "
"Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Alacati, but in close proximity to the town center. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was plenty and delicious with pretty much everything you would expect in a traditional Turkish breakfast and more. I left my phone charger in the room and the staff made sure I retrieved it later on. There is a paid parking nearby, just a short walk from the property. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and would recommend this hotel."

It may be due to limited staff being fluent in English but it would have been helpful to have received information regarding facilities and their hours of operation.
Pros
The beach is beautiful! We were there around the second week of July and the water was calm, very easy to swim. There are minibuses that stop in front of the hotel that take you to Cesme Center and to Alacati. The grill bar serves wonderful lunch. The breakfast offered so much food and options that it was a little overwhelming, but delicious.
I would happily stay here again. "
"My entire family of 12 loved the hotel. Has two indor swimming pools, Sauna, turkish bath and thermal pools. The private beach was great for swimming or just simply catching some rays. The rooms have a great beach view and are spoptless.
Every memmber of the staff working at the hotel were kind, helpful and will walk the extra mile to help you with any need or ensure your comfort.

"We had a terrible stay. Our room was so dirty. The tap in the bathroom sink didn't work, the shower was covered in mould, the bedsheets had hairs on them, the balcony door handle was broken, the curtains were broken. We were the ONLY people staying in this hotel and we heard noises in the hallway and outside our bedroom door at 2-3am and felt really unsafe, as reception closed at 12am and anyone can just walk into the building. The receptionist was friendly but only spoke Turkish. We woke up in the early morning and ran out of there, we could not wait to leave. "
"This was an awful experience and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.
Upon arrival, later evening, the whole thing was strange. Unlike any other hotel or restaurant in the area, nothing indicated anyone worked at the hotel. Most couldn’t speak any English and communication was very difficult. No one provided an overview of amenities, hotel info, wifi passwords or even room number. We just had to try to keep up to the person carrying our bags. He dropped our stuff, opened our door and left. The room was so uncomfortable and nothing seemed clean. Paint touch ups all over the room, dirt in the corners, writing on the mirror of the bathroom.
When we asked for a different room they said not today, maybe tomorrow and when we told them we would no longer be staying they wouldn’t communicate with us or the booking site about anything.
No food options around and we had to walk 20 minutes to the closest restaurant that said open but when we showed up was closing. The location of hotel is so far from everything that it is not worth trying to stay in this area "
