"Beach view that was awesome. The rooms were older but clean. Towels were in need of replacing. Checking out one front desk person was rude. Everyone else was friendly and nice. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort. The room was ver clean and the resort is in great condition. The staff is so/so. The front desk people are somewhat friendly but the cleaning staff is much more nicer and more pleasant to interact with. We would most certainly come back!"

"Ocean view was amazing, amenities with beach access and breakfast at the swan court was delicious. The hotel is not disabilities friendly….my mom had a hard time getting around and if she wanted to go to the pool would have to walk all the way around to get to the lower levels. Overall would stay again. Beautiful hotel."

"The hotel, property, and staff were all amazing. I really enjoyed the ability to walk the Coastal Trail (Daily) and also the Mahana Trail from the hotel. The beach at the hotel was not the greatest for swimming as it was big waves, but if you wanted to surf or boogie board it was great. The pool was amazing, but it was SUPER windy the whole time I visited (6 days) so it was not great pool time or sitting on my balcony. I also treated myself to a massage and it was amazing plus the sauna, steam room, and hot tubs you were able to use. I would go again, but would make sure it was not windy season as that was a big bummer. Only tiny tiny improvements that I could find was a higher quality hair blow dryer (as it was a cheap conair), and a full length mirror in the room would have been nice. Overall highly recommend."
