Clean room. Great location. Had everything we needed. Communication was fantastic as we had a late check in. Very helpful when my child got sick and we needed the hospital and a bit for time in our room. Highly recommend for your stay in Mackay. Easy access to everything.

5 star review from me for the staff during my stay, dealt with 3 different members during my 2 night stay - all very helpful and kind.
There would be a 5 star from me if the hotel had conditioner &/or moisturizer in the rooms.
Only shampoo and body wash in those refillable wall bottles. They had a few extra things available to purchase from reception (deodorant/razors etc...) but sadly no conditioner.
I have shorts stays in Mackay regularly - This is the best place I've stayed at in Mackay for a while (staff & cleanliness wise). Just remember to pack your own conditioner & moisturizers next time.

The Staff were lovely, the room was clean, the food at the restaurant was great, the only thing that was missing was soap in the bathroom when you go to the toilet otherwise it was a very nice stay.
