Cleaning staff all friendly & helpful when I needed change of towels, toilet paper, kleenex. On check-in, Watanabe san very helpful, patient, & nice. Good to have the weigh machine. Quiet room. Quite spacious. Inoue San also helped to show me how to work the TV. Upon check-out, Oct. 8, 9:15 am, (didn't get her name), counter staff, young lady very helpful in getting information to convert kilograms to pounds for our luggage weight. Excellent comfortable stay! Arigato! "
