"I called for a late check-in. I advised i wouldn't be arriving until very late, way past check-in time 2am. I was told "Thats completely ok. Our front dest is open 24/7. However, when i arrived, they would not check me in at all. Because I didnt give them an exact time when I was never asked. Even after confirming i called, theu told.me to cancel my reservation & rebook it even though it was paid in full & I had done ALL that was required of me."
