Hello Rania,Thank you for your feedback, although we're sorry to hear it wasn't entirely satisfactory.I have been checking the situation on the system and you accept the upgrade during the check in and during the check out you try to negociate a reduction with my colleagues. Sorry Madamme but we made a special price for the reduction on the daily charge and reducte it to 20 euros per day, Normaly is around 60e/day the next category you enjoyed.
