"The hotel was booked for the sole purpose of having a pool which ended up being unavailable for the entirety of the stay. Only once payment had been taken did the hotel staff inform me of the pool closure. Upon arrival, the room allocated was near the kitchen/cleaning staff area which was noisy at all hours. There was no hot water or a fully flushing toilet in the room and when reported to reception staff, they said they were aware of the issues within the room allocation but no reduction in price or room change was offered. They even stated maintenance would attend the room to fix the issues but this did not happen at all during the stay. No information regarding food availability was given, including breakfast timings or which restaurant was available for this. Very poor stay/experience. Not worth the money"

"Positives: contactless check in process works very well. Property was clean and access was easy. The shower was excellent! The bed quite comfy. Well stocked kitchen area with a few nespresso coffee pods. Despite its noisy location (we were ground floor with a busy street outside the window) it remained unexpectedly quiet in our bedroom. Negatives: the air conditioning clearly isn’t working correctly. While the room was cooler than the outside during the day, this was not the case at night. None of the buttons on the controller did anything (presumably locked) and resulted in us stripping the beds (& ourselves) in order to attempt to sleep. Neutral: location is fine… everything is walkable but it’s not exactly near anything great. Parking: they make clear there is no dedicated parking, but if you are driving don’t rely on the AMT car park that was recommended by the hotel. Check the google reviews to see the issues there. Instead, there is a paid for car park about 10 minutes north. Pool: it is clear from the photos this is a large bath… it was nice to chill in during the hottest portion of the day. For a cheap, quite pleasant, potentially too hot overnight stay - I would recommend this hotel."

"Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was gorgeous, the bed was comfy and the view looking out on to the square was lovely. The views from the rooftop bar were also great, however, it was closed when we went to get a drink. The great thing about this hotel is its location, perfect for the beach and exploring the city. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly too, they booked a taxi for us for our early morning return to the airport so we didn’t need to worry. We would 100% stay here again and will recommend to friends and family."
