"Driving in was rough...broken glass and huge potholes throughout parking lot. Check-in took a long time because staff were talking amongst themselves in a different language. There were other staff trying to figure out which of the 3 elevators in the 15 story hotel were not working. Got us checked and we hesitantly took the bad sounding elevator to the floor. Got out of elevator on our floor to an awful, rotten smell. Got to room where not only was it really dirty, but curtains were torn, bed sheets had holes, and bathroom mirror was broken. We went down to desk where they offered another room and thanfully refunded us without questions when I said we would stay elsewhere. "

"Different, fresh breakfast options every day ( we stayed 5 days) clean room, with housekeeping available daily. In a really nice location. Close to everything ( we went to multiple malls and stores all within 10-20 minutes away). You see a lot of dog walkers and geese around the hotel. Staff were very nice and answered all questions. Would definitely stay there again if we were ever in the area again"

"The hotel seems to be fairly newly renovated. It was a clean, basic place to stay. The breakfast was yogurt, breads, fruit and hard boiled eggs. There was a refrigerator in the room but not a coffee maker (I bring my own) and not a microwave. "
