"I like this hotel."

"The room was older and small. We were happy with the microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom didn’t have any counter space and no tissue paper. Front desk did give us a box of tissues and a cookie. We paid for the extended parking and clerk was not very patient with us asking her for the details of the parking. Overall one night here was fine. We did prepay for extended parking and had a free shuttle to the airport. "

"Parking lot is in much need of repair. Potholes everywhere. Room was clean but toilet wouldn't flush. Breakfast was awful. "

"This was my third stay at this hotel. The first time was amazing. my kids loved the pool. The second time, the pool was closed, which was disappointing since that’s why I booked it. This time I came with my husband and was excited for the hot tub and gym, but the hot tub wasn’t working and all the cardio machines were out of order. I still like the hotel, but I hope everything is fixed next time."

"Building was just a bit rundown, but it was very clean and the staff went above and beyond. Even helped set up airport transportation for us. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Not far from the Mall of America. Parking sucks but it’s free. Our 1st room door didn’t “hatch” but they quickly switched my room. I love that the pool is open until midnight for adults and 10 for children. Breakfast was delicious and hot. Definitely worth your money and made my experience even more enjoyable! "

"Room was generally clean. Portions of the carpet could have benefitted for a good vacuum. The layout of the bathroom and wash basin was not particularly preferable. With the washbasin outside the toilet and with no handle par to hang a hand towel, we had to drape a towel on a chair, or walk into the toilet with wet hands and face to dry up. Recommend: install a hand towel bar on the side of the wash basin."
