到着したら予約が無いと言われた。 結局はオーバーブッキング？ダブルブッキング？？ とにかく部屋は用意出来ないとの事で非常に不愉快な事態となった。

受付の係が電話の電源を切っており。電話が繋がらず大騒ぎに。少し障害のある方のようでした。そのような方を夜一人で仕事に就かせるのは、どうでしょうか。 2度と泊まりません。最低中の最低です。みなさんお気をつけ下さい。

Booked Room with amenities including two queen beds NON SMOKING. Room smelled of smoke, double beds and not queen, carpet stained and burned up from cigarette burns, no mini fridge. Tried to change rooms but nothing available because of a tournament taking place in area no other rooms anywhere available so we had no choice but stay. Was told quality inn just bought out super 8 and the room and floor we were on was a smoking floor!!!!! Mattresses smelled of smoke!!!! Most horrible hotel stay we have ever had! Would not recommend again. They do not offer any discounts either!!! Beware folks! Stay somewhere else if you can.

Unfortunately during our conversion process we ran into some unforeseen complications involved in becoming a completely smoke free facility. Again we apologize for your disappointment with your stay. This hotel was very lacking. Room was old and nasty, carpet very stained. No microwave or fridge. Wallpaper was peeling throughout the room. Many stains on the walls. The toilet leaked overnight all over the bathroom floor. When we informed management of the poor condition of the room, they replied that they were unaware of the room's condition. Giving two stars overall because the continental breakfast was well stocked and attended.

The room was very dirty there was gum behind the headboard I found a pair of glasses under the bed that wasn’t mine but other than that it was ok the staff was very friendly and helpful

Property is outdated the pictures from Expedia in no way describe what it’s like there. I can forgive the outdated feel of the place however I can’t forgive how dirty it was. The room wasn’t clean, the bed looked like a crime scene, and there was a sex dice game still in our room. Let’s not forget the graffiti in the shower, broken ice machine on the 3rd and 2nd floors, or the fact that breakfast is nothing more than cereal and waffles. Will be staying somewhere nicer next time where I don’t feel like I’m sleeping on a science experiment mattress.

I made reservations for several days at the super 8 hotel on halgreer Blvd in Huntington WV and was booked right in Without any problems, but I extended my stay for today November 30th to December 1st room with a hot tub so this morning I had to check out of my regular hotel room at the same place and went to the front desk and was greated by a guy manger guy that was really rude disrespectful towards me by raising his voice several times, but he asked to see my picture id and the bank card that I already paid for the room with my card number on hotel.com and I gave him a valid driver's license card and explained to him I misplaced my bank card and didn't have it in my possession and he said I wouldn't allow too check in my room because I couldn't show my bank card to him so I was asked to leave the property and my money is tied up with reactivations and has already been deducted from my account and I don't have the money to pay for a other room at the moment and I have to sleep in the back of My friend truck bed so I wouldn't recommend staying At super 8 hotel on halgreer Blvd in Huntington WV

I do apologize for the inconvenience that occurred but we have to have incidentals cards with matching ID at check in for all prepaid reservations. It is hotel policy and we must follow these rules and regulations. If you’d like you’re more than welcome to check in at any time when you have the correct documentation and payment methods.

This hotel needs to be cleaned and its outdated. There are no refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Beds are dirty, need new chairs. All the chairs where nasty lookin and stained up

Pretty clean room for the most part, get non-smoking if the smell of cigarettes is overwhelming for you. Small selection for breakfast, but has hot tub/pool and a workout room. Recommend for 1-2 night stays.

The check in and out was extremely smooth, the staff was so kind. I was in town due to say our goodbyes to a family member and the staff was so incredibly kind and considerate of that. Especially after the experience we had at the best western that was 8 minutes away, they were an absolutely a dream come true at a fraction of the price. When we return to WV, they will absolutely be our first choice every single time. I highly recommend not sleeping on this place. (No oun ontended)

Carpet had many stained areas and dirty. Poorly patched hole in bathroom wall. Rusty bolts that hold toilet to floor. Would never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I just have to say that the staff at Super 8 in Huntington are among the best people I’ve ever met in my entire life. These amazing people didn’t know it but I was going through one of the most difficult times in my life and their presence every day made it more than bearable. From starting the day with Heathers smile and welcoming presence at breakfast, to Charlie’s infectious smile, and last but not least the manner Levi and his witty humor, what started out as a difficult endeavor ended as a meeting some of the most caring individuals. I’d also like to give a special thanks to Patrick. No matter what the issue was this young man handled it with grace and in a timely manner and always with a smile. The staff at super 8 Huntington are by far the best definition of superior customer service always going above and beyond. Thank you guys!
