The service did not improve from there: • Unprofessional Staff: When I called to request a late check-out, the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissed the request immediately. • Subpar Rooms: The rooms are very small and lacked basic amenities like a microwave. • Cleanliness Issues: The mattress on the pull-out couch was visibly dirty, which is completely unacceptable. • Check-out Issues: To top it off, when I checked out, I was told I couldn't have a receipt for my stay. Between the hidden fees, the lack of cleanliness, and the poor attitude of the staff, this stay was not worth the money. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere.""

"Room was run down and dusty. The “ocean view” is actually just highway view, and the noise is pretty bad. Very thin walls, I could everything going on while walking down the hallway. The pictures online were nice but the rooms look NOTHING like that. Everything just seemed so cheap and dirty. "

"This hotel was super cute and steps from the beach! A ton of food choices are walkable and the restaurant/bar area in the hotel was beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel lets you rent scooters for the kids and there’s a record player in each room! There is a library of vinyls in the lobby. Highly recommend a stay here!"
