「The hotel was really quite lovely. We did find that the hotel was somewhat to the younger generation. We are in our 70s and we’re not always early risers. We ended up with a room on the inside of the hotel. There’s a lovely courtyard in the middle of the hotel Except they start playing music at 9 o’clock in the morning and we are not up that early next time we now know to ask for a room on the outside of the hotel and that will serve that purpose. They also have people down in the courtyard...
「The service was not the quality that would be expected at this level of hotel. Front desk and restaurant entrance was unexceptionable. Waiter and the parking staff were good. 」
「Newly renovated property. My only complaint was the thermostat in room didn’t work. I called multiple times and was not able to resolve issue. I gave up since we were only staying for two night and it wasn’t terrible. Front desk did offer to switch us to a different room but decided it wasn’t worth the hassle of having to move all our stuff to another room. Overall, nice property. 」
