1/ Our home is NOT for parties or any types of gathering. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, engagement/ tea ceremony, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home.

2/ The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.

3/ QUIET HOURS are from 10PM - 7AM.

4/ Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises.

5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY

6/ No USPS, Fedex, UPS mail delivery allowed. Owner and host are NOT responsible for any missing packages.

7/ NO PETS PLEASE.

8/ This property has camera or recording device by the front door and backyard OUTSIDE of the house only for security purposes.

9/ NO SUBLEASE ALLOWED!

10/ The pool area doesn’t have fencing. Please watch your kids carefully. Please note: Pool doesn’t have heating system! Please be cautious with the swimming pool. If anything happens, the host and owner will NOT be liable. Guests should consider getting travel insurance for their safety concerns.

12/ *** NOTE: Per short term rental in city of Huntington Beach, the owner is required to stay on site in the 5th bedroom. The fifth bedroom is completely separate from the rest of the house, accessible through a locked door.
