「First, the good: the staff could not have been nicer…genuinely lovely people (a special shout out to Amanda). The grounds are well kept. The pools are very nice. Our suite had the potential to be very nice but that is where things went south. The sliding patio door was almost impossible to open and close. My wife could not budge it. 「We stayed in 2/2026. The negatives that need some major attention: Inside the place: BLACK MOLD, & uncorrected water damage to the ceiling, & baseboards in multiple rooms. Paint is worn. 「This is a charming penthouse 1 bedroom condo. We used the outside BBQ, noticed too late the washer/dryer combo on the outside patio. It has a studio kitchen which is in the hall at the top of the stairs- three flights to ground level. The owner is very responsive. We enjoyed the huge tv for streaming content at night. Suggestions include: a hair dryer. Pool was refreshing in the next courtyard over but it was not cleaned - I, pool guy, would have loved to take a skimmer with me to the pool...
