The room is much smaller than it seems, though its cleanly furnished and decent. There were not enough linens for 2 people - not enough pillows and towels. Staff were pleasant. Free parking was nice. I wish the front door wasn't locked all day.
Not sure I would stay again at the price I paid but also not terrible.

The facility was great, the staff took great care of us. The food at Latitude 65 was amazing! Only thing keeping it from being a 5 for us was not seeing the Northern Lights.... the whole purpose for our visit.
Staff was very responsive. There was a problem with our hot water, and they had it fixed within an hour.
The heaters for each igloo are pretty loud. We found it helpful to sleep with ear plugs. The high air movement might be necessary to keep those giant windows to the sky clear!
Such a beautiful and unique stay!

Pikes Waterfront Lodge was amazing. The lodge was just what I expected. The sign on the outside says the friendliest staff in Fairbanks and it is so true. Everything is kept so nice and it is in the perfect place to get to everything in Fairbanks
