Possibilité d'aller a la citadelle a pied en marchant 20 min. Chambre coté rue un peu bruyante. Bon service et bon anglais. Bon petit dejeuner et possibilité de location de scooter et de billets de bus.

Unterkunft war okay. Etwas feucht, das Fenster hatten den Blick auf einen Gang zu einem anderen Zimmer, also könnte jeder durch unser Fenster durch schauen. Das Bett war Unordnung. Frühstück war für den Preis gut und die Lage war auch sehr gut

The staff were all friendly and eager to oblige, nothing seemed a trouble to them. All the facilities in the room, tv, fridge, AC, hot water, toilet, worked well. The bed was very comfortable, The breakfasts were good. Absolutely no criticisms or complaints.

La chambre était correcte le seul bémol était l escalier. On était au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Heureusement on nous a porté nos sacs. Le personnel était gentil même s ils parlaient assez peu anglais La chambre était au calme et ne donnait pas sur la rue directement

Good for the price

Rooms are a bit worn but okay and the important things are clean, things such as curtains and cabinets could do with a clean but for the price the room is good. The location is good, a few minutes walk from walking street with plenty of bars and restaurants and the staff were friendly giving us map and directions for the imperial city and holding our luggage for the day prior to our night train.

Nice room close to the bus station

Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom door was rotting, that's all. The breakfast was good, I have to mention the juices separately. They were made just in time from fresh fruit. The staff was very helpful and friendly, unfortunately they didn't really speak English, so don't expect a lot of information.

Good location, helpful and friendly staff. Some of them speak good english, not everyone tho. Staff helped and recommended us with many things to do & see around Hue. Tasty breakfast, many foods to choose from.

My stay at Laurel Hotel

It's well located. Tons of restaurants nearby us the night market. Can walk to the river quickly too. The rooms are clean and have everything you need - fridge, Tv, hot shower. My room was quiet. Only hiccup was that hotels.com says they have a safe at the front desk and no matter what I did I couldn't get the girl at the desk to understand me. Her English was that bad. I Googled pictures of safes and she somehow thought they were pictures of refrigerators! A safe looks nothing like a fridge. I mimed putting my passport and wallet in an invisible safe and locking it and she looked quizzical as if I were asking for some bizarre thing no guest has ever wanted. I used Google translate and she still didn't get it. After more frustrating attempts she eventually sort of got it and put my valuables in a clear envelope and put them in her reception desk. Apparently they don't have the advertised safe at the front desk. But if that's not important to you, it's a good place to stay for the money.

Sauberes Hotel in zentraler Lage

Für vietnamesische Verhältnisse modernes und ordentliches Hotel. Großes Zimmer, zentrale Lage. Frühstück lecker, Portionen allerdings recht klein. Das Restaurant "Zucca" direkt nebenan bietet vietnamesische und italienische Gerichte. Sehr leckere Pizza mit hauchdünnem knusprigem Boden!

Staff were all really friendly, helpful and welcoming! No lift, so have to climb the stairs abit if your room is on the fourth floor. Generally worth it for the price

Awesome location. Great clean room. Just had some issues with the toilet, it got clogged on our last day. Everything else is perfect. Water heater is working well, AC and fan is heaven sent, kettle works and all.

Very comfy and nice looking room, although the wall paper was ripped and badly celotaped back up. We had to wait 10 mins for our hotel room even tho it was 5:30pm but they gave us fruit and water which was nice. The best room we stayed in during our Vietnam trip and the staff were lovely! The breakfast was slightly limited but was still nice and included in the room which was cheap. Overall would recommend!

Great value hotel.

It was great for the money we paid and in a very good location. Staff were friendly and helpful booking an inexpensive city tour and train tickets for our onward journey.

Excellent!

The bed and pillows are very soft and comfortable. It is a cozy room with good AC. The desk and chair is comfortable. Great location. There is strong wifi for each floor. There are minor flaws, but for the price it offers the best value. It was my favorite hotel of three I stayed in Hue in the same price range.
