「Average breakfast, rickety elevator. Someplace above average of a now bygone era. The staff were welcoming; everyone I came in to contact with were accommodating.
With a room change after the first night, everything else went well - thanks to my solutions based front desk staff.
They are not pet-friendly; there’s a sign on the desk and you can’t miss it. We did not travel w any pets.

「The “legends” is where you want to stay. Its nicer, newer, and cleaner than the old hotel. Both are connected to the hotel on opposite ends of the casino. The only issue with the “legends” is you must check in at the old hotel side first. Definitely recommend the “legends” at bally’s.」
