"Breakfast staff was excellent. But Breakfast was pricey"

"I did not have breakfast at the hotel. I'm not sure about the cleanliness of the beds. I now, have several large red spots on my legs, as if I were bitten by bugs at night. I do have pictures of the many large red spots. "

"I went to the hotel for an event. The event ended up being over an hour late for VIP check-in because the hotel seemed to not even know that the event was happening. We ended up getting extra stuff from The event holder as an apology for the hotels in ability to get things together. When I checked in the girl took forever. The other person checking people in got three people in while she got me done. She was so unfriendly the only people she spoke to were staff that walked by. She handed my key to me. Didn’t say a word. after the event, we went into the bar area and was accosted by a vagrant who had been outside. He was allowed to harass the bartender while the bartender begged him to leave. No security was called or anything. Why are the doors not locked after 10 o’clock? There was nothing done at all no care for the guest and their security while this vagrant walked around begging for more alcohol. The next morning I went out the door with my dog. I saw what by I thought may have been a guest sleeping on the couch when I came back in the guest sleeping on the couch was behind the counter. I asked him do you have coffee? His reply was yes. After about 10 seconds, I asked him where it was and his reply was it’s not out yet. I packed my things and I left won’t be going back here. The room was clean. The service was horrible. The girl at the check in is in the wrong business"

"Hotel room is great. It better be, considering what it costs. We ate breakfast in hotel restaurant, and only buffet was available, which cost us $71 for two, and food wasn't hot. It's also ridiculous that an upscale hotel with a garage under it charges guests to park: $76 for two nights. People drive from all over to spend time and money in Baltimore, and get gouged for parking! And the parking garage signs read as if customers are likely to be cheaters: "Pay within 15 minutes or get booted and pay fines and fees costing $350." "

"Everything about the place was a fail. We stayed at the hotel to attend a funeral. We wanted to rest beforehand, but there was some sort of drilling going on reverberating through the entire hotel all afternoon. Not much worked in the room. The tv got only half the stations it was supposed to. The iron worked sporadically. The shower didn’t drain. To complain to the front desk was futile. The number was either busy or you’d get disconnected. Parking validation didn’t work. I’d suggest staying somewhere where they care about whether things work."
