"The second you enter one of the side doors it hits you. the carpets are filthy and stained, and the hallways are very musty smelling. Upon making the reservation, we were not informed that there wasn't an elevator, and we had to lug our things up two flights of stairs, which wasn't easy at our age. There was no microwave oven or coffee maker in the room. When we requested another roll of toilet paper, the clerk acted like we were asking for his bank account password. "We arrived at the Inn to find that we had no reservation even though I received a confirmation email from both Expedia and Aspen Inn. The Inn was fully booked with one room that was not scheduled to be cleaned until the next day. They cleaned that room for us and honoured the price we had gotten from Expedia even though they had no record of that reservation. I can't say enough good things about the manager and staff."
