"Beautiful hotel located by the lake. I booked one of the cheaper rooms and when I checked in they upgraded me to the top floor overlooking the lake with a balcony.
Go see Jess at the bar she is awesome and a joy to talk too.
The hotel is a little dated but you can see the care they still put into it. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay."

"My mother, daughter and myself stayed in this esquisite house for a month while exploring Houston and Galveston on vacation. From floorto ceiling, throughout, the owners have spared no expense. I walked in the front door and felt the same extravagance I did while traveling through Europe. They even had a wide variety of fresh spices and all the extras a chef could want in high end appliances and cookware. The place was spotless. The pool was kept clean professionally and the landscaping reflected in the sparkling water. It was simply magical. The house was refreshingly cool after a day of Texas heat. I could go on an on there is not enough space herd to describe this diamond in the rough. My mother, daughter and I didnt want it to end. We will definately be back! It is important to note the hospitality here is outstanding! "
