I reached around 12 pm and the check in time was 3 pm, I requested them for early check in and they immediately gave me one clean room, thanks for that. 3. "Well deserving of a 5 star rating. This hotel is very conveniently situated opposite the Company Gardens, for a morning stroll and access to the Natural History Museum. The (club) room was spacious and very comfortable with high quality furnuishings. All of the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was expansive and the main restaurant/menu/food and presentation were first class.I did not use the gym or pool. Highly recommended."
