"When we arrived, m found our room, we were amazed at how large it was. Was. We were close to everything we wanted to do, and it was a great place to stay. At checkout we asked about getting a taxi, and we're told that taxis were nearly non-existent after covid. This is 2025. The guy running the front desk took us in his personal car down to the train station. It was great service"

"Beautifully clean apart/hotel. Rooms in newly decorated condition and facilities spotless. Friendly staff who despite our poor efforts at speaking French made every effort not to make us feel awkward. Our only criticism, and it is a minor issue, is that there was no English type tea! These are the positives: ample parking, quiet room (even though our room faced the road), kitchenette in room with necessary crockery and cutlery, comfortable bed, fair sized swimming pool, attentive and friendly staff, walking distance Honfleur centre, Lidle over the road, small balcony with table and two chairs, sauna and steamroom, daily emptying of bins and clean towels. The only difficulty was to get the instructions for a late check-in (to get the keys for the flat since the reception closes at 19.00 and we were planning to arrive 19.30). We didn't get an answer to the messages sent via Hotels.com. Eventually I phoned the reception and they sent the instructions via email."
