Fantastic little hotel, perfect for the price

The room was nice, lovely balcony. Great breakfast and wonderful helpful staff. The only complaint was the overwhelming fragrances in the lobby. So much potpourri or scented candles.

Sarah at the front desk was professional and personable. She was knowledgeable and helpful along with the other front desk staff as well. The room was cozy. As there is no AC the fan probably could've worked a bit better. I will definitely stay again when I am in London. Oh, and the tub fixtures were really cool!

Everything was wonderful and described online. It is quiet and walkable for shopping, food and the tube. Abdullah checked us in and quickly became our friend he greeted us everyday and always asked how our day was and if we needed anything just to ask. I will definitely stay here again. I should mention that while in London I got sick and needed to see a doctor and pharmacy, Abdulla helped us find an Urgent care and pharmacy. 24 hours later I was back on my feet and feeling better. Thank you Duke of Leinster!

Things will go wrong and it is a case of how it's dealt with. We had a room that overlooked the service area on the roof, it was not pleasant, we went to reception and told them we were not happy with the room. We were told there were no rooms of the same, so we were upgraded to one of the best rooms in the hotel.
