With modern amenties such as large smart TV's, fast Wifi, comfortable bedding, and even a space to sit down and work if needed. You'll be within walking distance of the bath house row for your spa days, shopping, allowing you to enjoy more time experiencing Hot Springs instead of traveling. Please let us know if you have any questions.
No smoking inside. If evidence of smoking is found or smelled there will be a $500 charge, plus potential damage charges. Please pick up after any pets, and report any issues with the listing immediately upon arrival. No more than 2 pets.

Warm and cozy

Welcoming space. Location is quiet. They had towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Space was equipped with everything.

Convenient location and free parking

There are two sets of narrow stairs leading to the 2nd floor. The rooms were well furnished and the bed was firm but comfortable. This is a restored building and it was well done. The kitchen met my needs. I didn't use the dining table. The couch was comfortable, as well. The only drawbacks were the WiFi kept going out, the neighbors were very loud in the stairwell, and the ottoman needs to be cleaned (dog hair) otherwise a very clean rental. The owner was very responsive and resolved my issues quickly.
