Two rooms with oversized Queen beds with extra soft sheets and bedding. The 3rd bedroom has a queen and XL twin bunk bed with plenty of bedding and adjacent bathroom. The living room has large, oversized furniture for a comfortable gathering space.

Great back deck with a gas grill and beautiful Spring Creek just across the street. There is a firepit in the backyard. In season, there is a large herb garden to spice up your meals. If you are looking for a getaway in downtown Hot Springs, this is the perfect spot. The Cottage is not too big, and not too small. It's just right.

Many trails are accessible around the area, and Hot Springs is a central location for adventures in Western North Carolina, East Tennessee, and the Smokey Mountains National Park. Nearby attractions are the Biltmore Estate, Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and more.
